6. Program Access & Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, session recordings, tools, templates, and documents provided within GSBF are the intellectual property of Graduate School of Banking & Finance and/or its partners.

You may not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute program content
• Record or distribute any part of live or pre-recorded sessions without express permission
• Use GSBF intellectual property for commercial gain without written consent

Program access is granted for the duration of your cohort and any explicitly stated post-program support period.

7. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

All program fees must be paid in full (or via an approved installment plan) prior to commencement of program access. Once payment has been made:

• All sales are final.
• Money paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• No deferrals or transfers to future cohorts are permitted unless expressly stated in writing.

By enrolling and submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
